Dear IIHA-Members
We are looking forward to our IIHA-Conference in Washington 29th September – 1st October. On this occasion, we will also convene for our yearly IIHA Member’s meeting at 13.00-14.00, 30th September.
The board proposes the following agenda:
Item 1: Opening of the meeting, recognition of the quorum
Item 2: Approval of the agenda
Item 3: Reports on the conduct of business and the budget of 2025, budget proposal for 2026
Item 4: Reports of the auditor
Item 5: Reports on publications, website, and Socia Media of the association
Item 6: Conference planning for 2027 and 2028
Item 7: Change of §6.1 of the By-laws which currently set the board at 7 members (Chairman, Executive Director + 5 Members). As discussed at the last membership meeting, the board propose up to 9 members (Chairman, Executive Director + up to 7 Members).
Item 8: Miscellaneous business
Item 9: Closing of the membership meeting.
Only active members can vote at the membership meeting. If you have forgotten the membership fee, it is possible to pay it before the meeting and of course as always in person during the conference.
